A trucker escaped injury Tuesday morning after a tractor trailer hauling sheet metal overturned on the West Virginia Turnpike, authorities said.

Mac was a shy, happy, trusting dog. His death was unnecessary and under the circumstances despicable. I hope that Mac, in the poignant words of Sara Mclachlan's song is "safe in the arms of the angels." Certainly he was never safe in the arms of the Nacogdoches Animal Shelter.
